Spinach Blueberry Smoothie for Post Workout

  • 1-2 scoops whey protein powder, about 25 grams protein
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¾ cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • ¼ cup frozen greens, spinach, kale, collards, beet greens, etc
  • 5 frozen organic cranberries
  • 12 ounces water or nut milk
  • ice
  • 2-4 teaspoons adaptogens, optional
  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
