Or maybe bowls of every type of vegetable salad, veggie curry, and bean soup are what you crave to keep calm and strong. There are no rules. It’s about you. Listen to what your body is telling you. If it’s gurgling and gassy with meat give the vegetarian proteins a try. If you still feel hungry add small servings of fish or chicken to our plant-based meals occasionally. If the variety of vegetables, fruits, and gluten-free whole grains is exactly what balances your body you may not need to add anything at all. Be flexible and observe how your body responds.

Each meal is made up of mostly plants ensuring a balance of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy plant fats, but you can add plant protein, clean organic meats, or seafood protein if you know your body requires additional protein:
